Homeownership is the dream of a lifetime. But the work for permanently affordable, family-sized homes across the capital will never be realised overnight. But as soon as we build the first house, the details will be availble on these pages.

We need supporters to make this happen. 25 years ago, in Burlington, Vermont, a small organisation very similar to our own stood in the same position we are now. Today, the Champlain Housing Trust CLT provides 1,499 apartments, 440 owner-occupied houses, 15 commerical buildings and has 3,500 members.

So here's to our next 25 years.

We are always looking for new supporters and people who want to help fight for family-sized, affordable housing across London. Whether you want to apply for housing yourself or not. Anyone in east London can become a member of the Trust, and by doing so you can support the campaign, get more involved, become a Trustee and apply for homeownership.
